The original parish church of Stockport, St. Mary's in the Marketplace is a Christian presence in the heart of Stockport town centre. It has particularly strong links with the marketplace, both visitors and business owners. The church is currently undergoing a significant restoration and re-ordering. We would be delighted if you were able to pop in and see us for a visit or cup of tea/coffee. The church is normally open from 10am - 3.30pm Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
